Dr. Cincinnati is board-certified with the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He is on staff at West Virginia University Healthcare-Berkeley Medical Center in Martinsburg, WV. He is the owner/partner of Tristate Surgical Center in Martinsburg where he perfoms the majority of his outpatient surgical procedures. Dr. Cincinnati received his medical degree from West Virginia School of Osteoparhtic Medicine in 1992. He completed his residency at Ohio University and Doctors Hospital in Massillon, Ohio.

Troy D. Foster, D.O.

Thomas E. Knutson, Jr., D.O.

John W. Buschman, D.O.

Dr. Buschman was born and raised in the Washington DC area before traveling to Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale, FL where he earned his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine.  He then completed a traditional rotating internship at Firelands Regional Medical Center in Sandusky, OH before going on to complete his residency in orthopedic surgery at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, OH where he was exposed to the latest techniques and advancements in orthopedic surgery.  He is Board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery.

Dr. Buschman practices general orthopedics with a special interest in minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery, sports medicine, hand surgery, joint replacements and fracture care.  He is one of only a few surgeons in the tristate area that performs arthroscopic rotator cuff repairs as well as reverse shoulder replacements.  He also performs total knee and hip replacements as well as partial knee replacements.

Seth Eberhardt, DPM

Dr. Seth Eberhardt is a Podiatric Foot and Ankle surgeon at the Center for Orthopedic Excellence. He provides his patients with quality and personal care with the utmost ethical standards. Dr. Eberhardt grew up in Montgomery County, Maryland.  He received his undergraduate degree from William Paterson University in New Jersey and graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia where he received his podiatric medicine degree.  He completed his foot and ankle surgical residency at The Reading Health System in Reading, Pennsylvania, a level 2 trauma center, where he spent 3 years training in foot and ankle traumatic and reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Eberhardt is trained in all aspects of foot and ankle surgery including ankle arthroscopy, foot and ankle fracture management, flatfoot reconstruction, charcot deformity correction, and wound care.

Dr. Eberhardt enjoys spending time with his wife, son and dog. In his free time he enjoys fishing, golf, hiking, and other outdoor activities.

Ken Guida, PA-C

Mr. Guida (Ken) grew up in the Northern Virginia area. He began his career in medicine while participating in wilderness search and rescue. He continued his learning at Northern Virginia Community College and graduated Cum Laude with two Associates Degrees and passed state and national registries to become a Paramedic. Later, he attended UMBC and earned his Critical Care Transport Paramedic (CCEMTP) designation. After much prayer and hard work, he graduated from James Madison University in 2002 with his Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences with a focus in Physician Assistant studies. Upon graduating, he passed his boards to be certified as a Physician Assistant and gained an additional board certification in surgery. Since beginning practice as a PA-C in 2002, Ken has worked in Orthopedic Surgery, Cardiology, and Emergency Medicine. He joined the Center for Orthopedic Excellence in 2014. Ken practices general orthopedics and enjoys the variety of working in the office as well as assisting during surgery.
