Dr. Buschman was born and raised in the Washington DC area before traveling to Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale, FL where he earned his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine. He then completed a traditional rotating internship at Firelands Regional Medical Center in Sandusky, OH before going on to complete his residency in orthopedic surgery at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, OH where he was exposed to the latest techniques and advancements in orthopedic surgery.

Ken Guida, PA-C

Mr. Guida (Ken) grew up in the Northern Virginia area. He began his career in medicine while participating in wilderness search and rescue. He continued his learning at Northern Virginia Community College and graduated Cum Laude with two Associates Degrees and passed state and national registries to become a Paramedic. Later, he attended UMBC and earned his Critical Care Transport Paramedic (CCEMTP) designation.
